Waid & Co. with whom we left our little sum of money have failed in business and that Mr. W. had atemped to commit suicide by shooting himself.", letter later states, "Direct your letter to us at Coloma of 'Sutters Mill'…", cover with couple of toned spots, Very Fine and choice.
