Magenta manuscript postmark with matching "Paid 80" rate, on double rate turned cover to Perrysburg, Ohio, reverse addressed to "Port San Francisco, Upper California" with red "Perrysburg, O., May 15" cds, matching red "X" rate handstamp crossed out and rerated "40" in pen, cover opened at sides for display, some cover tears and slight soiling, F.-V.F., a wonderful and rare turned cover usage.
