Apr. 27, '64" double circle postmark alongside, included is original enclosure datelined "Steam Boat West Wind, On Missouri River Near Bethlehem, April 23rd, 1864" written by the Second Clerk on board, the letter is signed with additional strike of packet handstamp, cover with minor edge flaws, still Very Fine, Unlisted in Milgram.Milgram No. 1446C Estimate $750 - 1,000.
