A VERY RARE USAGE AND THE ONLY RECORDED EXAMPLE OF THIS STRAIGHT LINE MARKING.
The "E.L. Frost" ran between Honolulu and San Francisco from August 7, 1853 to April 17, 1855. This is the only recorded example of this marking in the Fred Gregory book (AUXSH-SF, Rarity 1RRRR).
