Upham imprint on top flap, reverse addressed to Paris, France, franked with 1861, 12¢ black, vertical pair tied by segmented cork handstamps, neat "Boston, 6, Feb 3" integral rate exchange cds and matching boxed "Short Paid" handstamp (for double the 15¢ rate), red Calais entry cds and "16" decimes due handstamp, partial receiving cds on front; bottom stamp with slightly rounded corner at bottom left, cover opened at sides for display, Very Fine.
