Panorama of Washington, multicolored three-panel legal-size Magnus patriotic design on cover to Mount Pleasant, N.J., franked with 1861, 3¢ rose, horizontal pair (65) tied by "Washington D.C., Nov 28, 1861" cds, accompanied by original "Panorama of Washington" Magnus broadside enclosure with 33 different Magnus multicolored illustrations depicting scenes of Washington D.C. and Washington's portrait bordered by "First in War, First in Peace, and First in the Hearts of His Countrymen" inscription, in an eight-part foldout; pair with minor corner creases and some color fade, cover with some tiny edge tears, cover and broadside framed, F.-V.F.
