New on card below proofs, with additional initials including the Superintendent of the Division of Stamps and Chief of the Philatelic Agency of the Post Office Department, Michael L. Eidsness, Jr., each with blue control number on reverse; 2¢ & 5¢ with minor faint tone spots on India well away from design, Very Fine.
