1863, 2¢ black, vertical bisect, used as 1¢ as part of 3¢ rate, consisting of two bisects in pair at right and additional bisect at left affixed giving the appearance of a complete stamp, canceled and tied across bisect cuts by fancy cross cancels and additionally tied by "Loch Sheldrake, N.Y., Jun 8" cds on cover to Port Jervis, N.Y., with additional townmark strike at center, with original 1869 enclosure; cover with slightly rough reduction at right and faint crease in left bisect, still Very Fine, ex-Matthies, Rorke & Faust; with 1972 P.F. certificate (stating the old Scott number).
