Includes all types of rates, usages and destinations. There are plenty of first and last day of rates. Virtually all are counted and correct rates. About 60% of the lot is 1923, with at least 10% from November 1923. All are sleeved and priced. Generally very fine, total retail over $23,000.Estimate $2,500 - 3,500.
