Hawaii, 1882, Queen Kapiolani, 15¢ red brown, in combination with 1882, 5¢ ultramarine (39) on registered cover to Funchal, Madeira, tied by purple target handstamps, red "Honolulu, Hawaii, Sep 21, 1892" cds with matching "R" registry handstamp, with rare purple "A.R." return receipt handstamp (MH 704, 1RRRR), reverse with "Theo. H. Davies & Co." corner card, Lisbon transit and receiving backstamps; 15¢ with some clipped perfs at upper left, otherwise Very Fine, a rare return receipt handstamp usage, with only three examples reported by Gregory.

The sender, E.W. Holdsworth (inscribed in lower left corner), was a dealer and designer of Hawaiian stamps.
