McInerny (shoes and clothing), S. K. Rawson (watchmaker, with illustration of pocket watch), C. E. Williams (furniture) and Dillingham & Co. (hardware), each with street address in Honolulu, on yellow cover bearing 1864, 2¢ vermilion, vertical strip of three, top and bottom stamps wrapped over edge and tied through perfs by cross-roads cancels to Samuel Smith, San Francisco Cal., red "San Francisco, Paid All, Jul 19" foreign mail cds, reverse docketed "John Neill, Ansd.
