A WONDERFUL USED EXAMPLE OF THE 1857 1¢ TYPE IV PERFORATED ISSUE RECUT TWICE AT TOP AND BOTTOM, THE RAREST POSITION OF ALL OF THE RECUTS ONE CENT STAMPS.
A very rare and desirable example of one of only two positions on the plate which were recut twice at top and bottom.
