1971 Apollo 15 Moon Landing, unaddressed cachet flown cover franked with Airmail, 1969, 10¢ Moon Landing tied by "Kennedy Space Center, FL, Jul 26, 1971" slogan machine cancel and 1971, 8¢ Space Achievement, se-tenant pair (1435b) tied by "U.S.S. Okinawa, Aug 7, 1971 (LPH-3)" postmark, endorsed and astronaut signed "Carried At Hadley, Moon, July 30, 1991, David Scott" and countersigned "James Irwin", with all three astronauts signing at lower left "David Scott, Al Worden, James Irwin", reverse with penned "#035" and initialed in corner with Sieger handstamp, cacheted "This is to certified that this cover was onboard the Falcon at the Hadley-Apennine, Moon, July 30-August 2, 1871" and notarized; cover edge defects at sides likely due to the conflict during the mission or with NASA, still Very Fine.
