Transit, Sep 19" exchange cds on reverse and 4 credit handstamp on face, red Verviers transit and blue crayon "f 1½" sgr credit rating, forwarded to Genzano, Very Fine.

"Petite cut" or the removal of margins from a stamp in order to make room for a franking on cover is seldom seen. We known of another multi-franking cover usage from the German State of Württemberg.
