Russia, Collection, 1857-1940, mint and used on Scott album pages with some pleasant duplication; includes early 10k issues (#1-2) used, 1858-64 issues complete mostly used and complete to near complete later Coat of Arms issues including better later high values, useful to good 20th century regular issues with good to strong completion overall, similar semi-postal issues mostly mint, some good airmail runs, offices with some good issues, stationery items, Wenden issues appear complete and a nice section of Zemstvo local issues, etc.; condition mixed mostly confined to early issues, please inspect. Estimate $1,500 - 2,000.
