Philippines, Collection, 1854-99, mixed mint and used housed on Scott pages; with a nice run of issues for the period and some pleasant duplication, includes first issues with #2 & 5 used and a unused four margin #5, scarce 1855 5c redrawn used, 1856-62 issues complete, 1863 issues to the 2r, etc., later 1880-90's issues predominately mint, also includes 1899 U.S. Admin. issues, newspapers complete mint, revenues for postage and some revolutionary issues; condition mixed, inspect. Estimate $600 - 800.
