Finland, Collection, 1856-1940, mint and used on Scott album pages with some pleasant duplication; includes couple first issues (10k cut to shape) and a nice showing of 1860-67 Coat of Arms issues, 1875-85 definitives complete mostly used, strong 1891-1911 Russian issues with better high values, and later regular appear complete, back-of-the-book including Zepp issue mint and the Karelia set mostly mint (some toning), etc.; condition mixed mostly confined to early issues, please inspect.
