VF but with tiny marginal toned spot, Kansas overprints all n.h. & most VF, Farleys mostly complete except for special printings, 1938-39 Presidentials mixed mint and used with many blocks and line pairs. useful back-of-the-book but very little beyond the Airmails; retail about $8,500.
