Mexico, 1896, Mulitas, 1c-1p issues, 1897 registered cover Orizaba to London, England with the set to the 1p, dated April 1897 so it is most likely it has the stamps from that year (if so Scott = $735), but it is hard to ascertain the watermark as they are on a cover; corner nick at bottom right, cover sides open for display, otherwise Very Fine, nevertheless, covers with the $1 value are exceedingly rare, even if they are philatelic, like this.
