Mexico, 1886, Numeral unwatermarked, 2c carmine, perf 12, with 1887, 3c scarlet Numeral (184) on form 2776 to pay the 5c AR rate for a letter from Colima to Halifax, Nova Scotia, multiple transit markings; some sealed form tears, otherwise Very Fine, this was the official form to send AR mail and just a handful have survived, often the 5c fee was included in the postage on the cover, but in rare instances of early mail the fee was attached to the form.
