Coil Issue Stock, 1954-2009, arranged on stock and album pages in binder, includes regular issue pairs, line pairs and strip but also includes many of the good to better imperf coils; starting with the 1854-65 series including imperf 4¢ line pair and 25¢ pair, 1869-74 series with many imperf pairs, similar Americana & Transportation series including imperfs with some Bureau precancels, imperf plate strips, some better normal plate # strips in the Transportation issue, strong other later coils with again many of the imperf errors, etc.; very little duplication, Scott catalog well in excess of $11,000, a nice holding for the coil specialist, o.g., never hinged. Estimate $4,000 - 6,000.
