Revenue, 1862, First Issue, 10¢ Bill of Lading, imperf, block of 10 reconstructed fro two strips of 5, large margins to barely clear at upper right, each stamp meticulously signed "WRA, 3 M/63", F.-V.F. Scott Nos. R32a $1,380 as pairs & singles.
A rare multiple; only one block larger than 10 (a block of 11) is recorded in the Curtis Census. There are two other blocks of 10; this one is Curtis Census #1061.1.
