Official Seal, 1907, blue, eleven seals around edges of cover bearing 1¢ green, 2¢ carmine (two) tied by "Times Sq. Sta. Jun 28, 1913" machine cancel to Westerwald, Germany, used on US-German Seapost with unique "Received in Bad Order US Sea Post No 11" two-line handstamp struck twice on reverse, Very Fine, ex-Hoskings.
Scott Nos. OX13    Estimate $300 - 400.

Hoskings recorded only three other similar uses from different ships during the 1900-1935 time period.
