Official Seal, 1900, gray brown, five singles reclose left side of 1901 registered cover bearing 8¢ Pan-American (298), three singles and pair, 2¢ red (279B) and 5¢ dark blue (281), all cancelled by rings, matching "Wakefield Kans. Jul 23 1901" cds and addressed to England, British post office seals applied in an RPO (South Wales Night Down); one 8¢ faulty, Fine and rare two-country post office seal use, this is the only recorded R.P.O. use of the Victorian seals.
