Sacramento", red crayon "4-88-48" credit and blue "36" and "31" ratings, "Panama, Sp 1, 1866" double-arc transit and partial backstamp due to small paper loss; small stamp fault, Very Fine, a rare five times the 22¢ treaty rate usage; with 1996 Van Der Linden certificate.
