Great Britain, 1852, 1d red brown, Treasury Roulette, plate 164, lettered T-G, neat barred "11" cancel, strong color, slight rubbing and faint crease at upper right not mentioned on certificate, F.-V.F. appearance, a very rare serpentine roulette variety; with 1988 B.P.A. certificate. S.G. Spec. Nos. B2a. SG Nos. 8i £5,000 ($5,950).
The Treasury Roulette was produced by a revolving cutter producing approximately four serpentine waves to the length of the stamp.
