Honolulu, Paid All, Feb 3" double-circle datestamp but is otherwise uncancelled, as it did not pay any rate since the 6¢ treaty rate did not require domestic U.S. postage, magenta "San Francisco, Paid All, Feb 18" transit cds at left; light vertical cover crease at center, Very Fine and interesting combination use, ex-Honolulu Advertiser, Twigg-Smith; with 2007 P.F. certificate.
