ONE OF ONLY TWO RECORDED 15¢ 1869 ISSUE USES FORWARDED TO EGYPT.
The 1869 PRA census lists only two covers with denominations higher than 12¢ to Egypt, the other is also from the same correspondence with a 15c Type II (ex-Coulter).
