1923, 2¢ Harding, flat plate printing, horizontal pair, imperf vertically, a marvelous perfectly centered o.g. strip of 3, the right pair never hinged (left stamp barely so), Extremely Fine. Scott No. 610a $2,000 for a hinged pair.
QUITE POSSIBLY THE FINEST EXAMPLE EXTANT.
Only one pane of 100 was ever discovered. Most examples are shifted strongly downward, many having the perfs cutting into the design at the bottom. Scott's value is for examples in the grade of Fine.
