Mexico, 1915, Oaxaca Provisional, 5c orange, tete-beche pair, on cover from Oaxaca to Mexico, stamps were not recognized on arrival and a due of 20c was assessed and paid with two 10c Carranza overprinted stamps (489), cover was sent on Aug 22, 1915 and received on Sept 2, Very Fine, this is a rare genuine usage, most Oaxaca covers are philatelic, this is not, Scott $175 for the pair off cover.
