Parcel Post, 1913, 1¢-$1 Parcel Post and Parcel Postage Due Collection, exhibit collection of over 110 covers or post cards plus some stamps and pieces mounted on pages, well over half are 1¢-5¢ denominations, but with fourteen 10¢ 15¢ 20¢ 25¢ and $1.00 (2) on tag piece, Q1-Q12 straight edge sets of nine stamps with center stamp without s.e.; Q1 pane of 50 with "Cleveland Ohio" precancel; various combinations with other regular stamps, incl. foreign mails mostly to Europe with a variety of frankings, first flights, fourth class covers and tags, registered mail incl. two F1 uses, illustrated advertising, war time censored uses, etc., also nice group of 11 parcel postage due uses including four JQ1, two JQ2, three JQ3 as double frankings on incoming mail, and two JQ4 on two incoming foreign mail used in proper period; some flaws, worthwhile collection with interesting uses, F.-V.F.
