(El Dorado) Latrobe, Cal., Dec 29, 1886, perfect strike of cds and wheel-of-fortune duplex (ELD-2230) tying 1883, 2¢ red brown on cover to Placerville, receiving backstamp, an Extremely Fine strike, a short-lived fancy postmark with recorded usages between the 9th and 29th of December 1886.
