Mexico, 1884, Hidalgo Medallion, 2c green, on a 1885 receipt used as revenue stamp for a house rent, unique usage and canceled with cachet of the landlord in Merida, Very Fine, these receipts should bear a revenue stamp, this was an exception (photo on web site).
