In 1942-43, the British created this propaganda forgery depicting Heinrich Himmler, Reichsführer of the SS. The stamp design is an imitation of the German Hitler definitives from 1941-44, specifically MiNr. 785.
Two major varieties exist. The first printing (28 II) from December 1942 has narrow lines, poor shading, white splotches on the face, and overall poor quality in the design. The April/May 1943 printing (28 I) has wider lines, and overall a much better, more attractive design. It is also much rarer.

The British Intelligence produced a skillful propaganda forgery of the Germany 1943 24pf+26pf brown-red Putsch stamp. The forgery shows a portrait of General von Witzleben, instead of that of a storm trooper. An inscription at the top reads 'Gehangt am 8. Aug. 1944', meaning 'Hanged on 8th August 1944'. The forgery was printed in photogravure in sheets of 20 stamps (4x5).

In December 1944, the British produced this propaganda forgery depicting Heinrich Himmler, Reichsführer of the SS, placing shackles on a German civilian. The stamp design is based on the 1944 German issue commemorating the 21st Anniversary of the Beer Hall Putsch. It was printed in sheets of 20.

In 1943, the British created this propaganda forgery depicting Hans Frank, the Governor-General of the Polish Generalgouvernement. The stamp design is an imitation of the 1941 Generalgouvernement 20 Groschen Hitler Issue, MiNr. 77. It exists perforated and imperforate.
The stamps were airdropped to the Polish Resistance in January-April 1943. The Resistance mailed a small quantity of covers, each containing a propaganda leaflet, bearing the stamp and two genuine 2-Groschen stamps to various addresses in Occupied Poland.

In 1943, the British produced these parodies of Italian issues featuring Hitler & Mussolini.
On MiNr. 49, the faces are changed to a snarling Hitler and cowering Mussolini, and the text is changed from "Duo popoli / Un guerra" ("Two peoples, one war") to "Duo popoli / Un führer" ("Two peoples, one leader"). On MiNr. 50, the text is changed from "Poste Italiane." to the German text "Zwei Volker / Ein Krieg" ("Two peoples, one war"). The color is also changed, from the original purple to green.
