Uruguay, 1860 120c blue, thick figures, four margins, fresh color, tied by "Renta de Correos, 22 Junio 1862 Salto" circular datestamp on 1860 folded cover to Buenos Ayres, cover with some discoloration, Very Fine, a very rare usage of the Salto cds tying the adhesive on cover instead of the fancy Scarab which is usually applied, less than 5 recorded examples.
