Philippines, Revenue, 1930-34 Issues, control numbers doubled, 13 values up to the 200p with both type A & type C control #'s, first pair type A and a pair of type C numbers more heavily inked applied over type A numbers, the purpose was to make the numbers more legible, these were applied with a hand operated machine which was set to automatically stamp the same number twice, a difficult set to complete (Warren 615Dac-627Dac, cat value $650) ex-Warren.Estimate $250 - 350.
