Jul 22" cds, docketed "Paid" at top right; Chase plating on front and notes on back.
Scott No. 10A    $1,250 as strip off-cover.

This is an exceptionally early use of Plate 5E on cover, used only three days after the earliest known use on July 19th 1851.
