Fr. J No. 1, 11 Sept 74" octagonal postmark, small red "PD" framed handstamp, blue merchant's oval handstamp, reverse with Bordeaux (10.8) and Toulouse (10.9) receiving backstamps, Very Fine and attractive, ex-Risvold.
