Saar, Varieties Collection, 1920-34, housed and identified on album and stock pages in 3 Safe albums; starting with first issues with a forgery study followed by various issues including multi-franking covers and a backstock of issues including multiples, followed by the "Saargebiet" overprints with a nice range of varieties with many wide space between letter varieties, several covers, etc., 1921 surcharges with good 20 on 75pf varieties including inverted overprint, 1921 Views issues with a nice showing of the surcharge issues with a vast array of varieties, 1922 View including good high values, imperfs, study of 20c & 25c issues, section of proofs, etc., good 1925 Madonna and Child issues, selection of 1926-32 View issues, 1926 Semi-postals mint n.h. & used, 1926 Airmails and later semi-postal issues, etc.; no rare material but much scarce and difficult varieties with many items cataloging in the €30-80 range, an excellent basis for further continuation, inspection highly recommended.
