Austria, Scheibbs 1945, 6pf-12pf Hitler, Leipzig overprints complete, 6pf, 8pf & 12pf issues showing the three overprint types (9 stamps), o.g., never hinged, all bright and fresh, Very Fine, a very scarce and seldom offered set.
Michel No. I-III    €2,698 ($3,010).

This black machine overprint was performed by the print shop Radinger-Scheibbs by the order of the district captain, Scheibbs and where sold a approximately 30 post offices throughout Enns and Traisen. Due to the shortage of type, there where three different overprints produced.
