Great Britain, 1890 Hand-illustrated cover, featuring a watercolor painting of Gentleman with a Suitcase, the suitcase bears two ½d Jubilees adhered only on the outer edges and revealing, when lifted in the center, a portrait, presumably of the sender, "a precious, tho' rather slippery old treasure"; the stamps are tied by a South Kensington duplex and the original letter is included with instructions for opening the stamps to reveal ortrait, An Extremely Fine and most unusual 3-D pictorial envelope.
