In combination with 1867, 12¢ black, E. grill, tied by circle of wedges cancels, red "New York, Paid 24, Apr. 22" credit cds on 1868 folded letter sheet to Cadiz, Spain, endorsed "per Russia", blue Calais transit datestamp and boxed "P.D." handstamp, Spanish red "8R" due handstamp, Very Fine, an extremely rare franking for the double 21¢ French mail rate to Spain from the Gomez correspondence; with 1985 P.F. certificate.

Intense shade, in combination with 1861, 3¢ rose, horizontal pair tied by large segmented cork cancels, red "New York Paid Apr. 12" credit cds on 1867 cover to Malaga, Spain, red French transits including boxed "P.D." handstamp, Spanish red "4R" due handstamp, receiving backstamp; left 3¢ with small corner creases, otherwise Very Fine, an unusual combination of stamps paying the 21¢ rate to Spain via French Mail.
