Tied by "Jaluit, Marschall-Inseln, 91" cds's on cover to Janesville, Wis. paying the quadruple 20pf rate, rare "Paid All" in circle handstamp with matching "Sydney, Fe 23, 91" transit cds on reverse, additional San Francisco transit and receiving backstamps; cover rebacked with bottom portion of backflaps missing, F.-V.F. appearance, still a very rare usage to the United States.
