Huge margins to just touching outer frame at top, tied by light strike of black "Richmond, Va./Apr. 1863" cds (Powell #6c, without date logo, only used in April 1863) on cover to Rocky Mount, Va., cover flap missing & lower corners repaired, Very Fine, a very early usage as this postmark was used in mid-April for a very short time, currently the earliest known usage is April 23, 1863.
