Cudbird and endorsed on reverse by sender "H Cudbird, Warsaw Kosciusko Co., Indiana"; small cover tear at top, otherwise F.-V.F., a rare and possibly unique usage of the 24¢ steel blue on an overseas patriotic cover; with 1988 P.S.E. certificate and accompanied by a R.
