Mexico, 1895, 10c black, Presentation Issue. Natural s.e. at bottom, tied by "Toluca, Mex., Jul 1, 95" cds on cover to Mexico City, receiving cds on reverse; cover reduced at right and slight soiling, otherwise Very Fine, only 3 such on cover usages are recorded; with 2003 MEPSI certificate.

These special presentation stamps where produced as momentos and given to the heads of the various government departments.
