Blood & Co., City Despatch, Paid" circular handstamp at left; sheet missing sideflaps, the tying portion of the "3" handstamp has been enhanced and the manuscript docketing on reverse has been altered from "1845" to "1843", Very Fine appearance, still an extremely rare usage of the City Despatch Post striding messenger stamp on cover and the only known usage showing D.O.
