Tied by target cancels on 1870, 3¢ green registered entire and affixed over "Pleasant Ridge, Kan, Oct 5" postmark, sent by the postmaster with additional target postmarks sealing backflap; stamps with minor perf flaws from overlapping cover at top, otherwise Very Fine, a scarce 8¢ registry fee usage as this fee was only in effect from Jan.1, 1874 to Oct. 1, 1875; notes and signed S. Ashbrook on reverse.
