Strong grill impressions, tied by target handstamps on cover to Honolulu, Sandwich Islands, matching "Visalia, Cal., Feb. 10" cds; cover slightly reduced at right, Very Fine, a scarce 2¢ Blackjack usage to Hawaii, ex Allen; with 1982 P.F. certificate.
