The last feather tip of Liberty's headdress points between "C" and "A" of "AMERICA", indicating that this piece is an example of the Type Two Indian cent design, referred to as "Variety 2" on the PCGS insert. This example is lustrous and boldly struck overall, if a tad weak on several of the obverse high points. Nicely preserved with minimal marks and just one or two unimportant specks., PCGS graded MS-64 Red & Brown.Estimate $750 - 1,000.
